While we do use volunteer labor for the majority of our construction process, there are certain parts of the process that we trust to local subcontractors for both safety and warranty purposes.

• Are you a local subcontractor that is properly insured and licensed?
• Do you specialize in roofing, plumbing, electrical work, excavation or concrete work? 
• Would you be interested in receiving tax deductions for any discounts or in kind donations you are able to offer?
