We are excited to partner with Barnard Investments LLC to bring a total of (6) - 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes each around 1500 square feet to market over the next two years. The six homes will be built in the new West Post development in Belgrade, MT. These homes will help working class Montana families making 70% - 80% of AMI achieve homeownership in Gallatin Valley.

West Post is an exciting mixed-use development in Montana’s famed Gallatin Valley. This community includes commercial, retail, multifamily, and single-family real estate opportunities. Located just south of I-90 and the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, West Post is the premier master-planned community that anchors the western edge of the new Triangle Community Plan between Bozeman and Belgrade.
