West Post (Belgrade MT)

Over the next three years, we will be building a total of eight, three bedroom, two bath single family homes each around 1500 square feet. The eight homes will be built in the new West Post development in Belgrade, MT. While anyone in the community can apply, our goal is to identify individuals who work as a first responder, teacher, or in the trades.

These homes will help working class Montana families making 70% - 80% of AMI achieve homeownership in Gallatin Valley. West Post is an exciting mixed-use development in Montana’s famed Gallatin Valley. This community includes commercial, retail, multifamily, and single-family real estate opportunities. Located just south of I-90 and the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, West Post is the premier master-planned community that anchors the western edge of the new Triangle Community Plan between Bozeman and Belgrade.
